1. Introduction
These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Namshal Adventures & Safaris Limited. By confirming a booking, clients accept these terms on behalf of themselves and all members of their travel party.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only when a written confirmation is issued and the required deposit is received.
2.2 Deposit Requirements A 30–50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due 7–14 days before travel.
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods Bank transfer, mobile money, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.
2.4 Pricing Policy Prices are quoted in USD and may change based on currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any cost increases beyond our control.
3. Amendments & Cancellations
3.1 Client-Initiated Changes Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- a) 60+ days before travel: 100% refund (minus transfer fees)
- b) 30–59 days before travel: 75% refund
- c) 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
- d) 0–14 days before travel: Non-refundable
3.3 Force Majeure The company is not liable for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, political instability, or government restrictions.
4. Health, Safety & Risk Management
Clients must be medically fit to travel and follow all safety instructions. The company ensures trained guides, emergency protocols, and well-maintained vehicles for all tours and transfers.
5. Guest Reception & Security Services
Services may include airport pickups, welcome assistance, security escort services, and VIP confidentiality arrangements as agreed in the booking.
6. Travel Support Services
Travel support services may include itinerary planning, hotel bookings, transfers, logistics management, and on-ground coordination throughout the trip.
7. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients must carry valid travel documents, respect local laws and cultural norms, follow guide and staff safety instructions, and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to travel.
8. Company Responsibilities
The company will provide trained staff, reliable communication, safe operations, and will exercise reasonable care in the selection of accommodation, transport, and service providers.
9. Insurance Requirements
Clients are strongly advised to have adequate travel, medical, accident, and baggage insurance for the full duration of their trip.
10. Privacy Policy
Namshal Adventure and Safaris Limited reserves the right to use photographs and video footage captured during tours for its publications, editorial content, and promotional or advertising purposes.
We collect personal information solely to facilitate bookings and service delivery, safeguard all data with strict security measures, do not sell or share client information with unauthorized third parties, and provide clients the right to request correction or deletion of their personal data at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and applicable Zanzibar tourism regulations.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Namshal Adventure & Safaris Limited, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
